I thought it was a scam at first after waiting on 8 hours with my Nintendo Switch turned on the whole time. Received an email the next day asking for a new DODO code, and received my items after ONE FULL DAY. This page is DEFINITELY NOT A SCAM, but if you're ordering from them, be prepared to wait for 24hours before you receive your item :)

Leaving it at 5 stars but true rating is 1 star. Ordered last night, was told that i wouldn't get my order until 1:30 am. Lucky I didn't wait up because I didn't get a confirmation email that my items were ready for delivery until 8:30 am. I've been chatting to live chat and email since then but now I'm being ignored after asking for a refund. Very poor service. I pointed out on their site that they provide refunds if items aren't delivered in the specified time. Still waiting. I do not recommend this site. Scam 100%

First orders arrived really quick but today have been waiting over 10 hours live chat no help no response daughter cant be expected to stay on line this long have attempted to message and provide a new dodo code again no response great site when u get order need to keep customers updated in the loop not in limbo for hours

The price is excellent, the wait can be long but it's worth it. Sometimes the help line gets super busy but considering what's going on in the world with everyone being on line, it's good to cut them some slack!! They didn't have everything I ordered so they substituted great items.

I have used this website a number of times now and I can confirm it is 100% legit! As previously reviews have mentioned, the delivery time can vary. I have received items within 30 minutes on some occasions and had to wait up to 8+ hours for some deliveries. There is a Live Chat option on the website, however the responses are slow and sometimes you are ignored. The website claims the chat service is with real humans, however it does seem very robotic... perhaps international language barrier? All in all, I would recommend if you’re looking for cheap items!

I have ordered from them four times now, first time I was skeptical but was referred by a friend and all went well taking no longer than 20-45 minutes!

Now, I just finished my fourth transaction and after not being able to put my order through for the entire day, I was finally able to get it through-- only to wait for 5 hours starting at 12am for my delivery. It is 5am nearly and I am extremely exhausted. Saying that, this was by far my favourite transaction yet! He spoke to me and was extremely sweet and apologetic knowing I had waited so long! I was shocked and touched! Giving me 17 stacks of gold(free) for my troubles I couldn't be happier with this site and I look forward to placing orders in the future. Keep it up guys! Look, this site isn't bad. It's not! You do get what your paid for but sometimes it can take a long time, I have waited for 5 hours on one occasion and sometimes the live chat isn't The most helpful, sometimes you can get ignored which isn't too great. However you do, as I said, eventually get what you paid For.
